After many, many months of writing and revising, Emma’s Quest is finally ready for its first readers beyond my own desk.

Set in Bristol, 1395, the story follows Emma Fenwick, a practical merchant’s widow who finds her quiet life upended when a stranger dies on her doorstep. With his last breath, he whispers a seemingly innocent message—one that Emma feels compelled to deliver. But in doing so, she unwittingly brings disgrace upon her family and puts lives in danger.

I’ve worked hard to balance historical authenticity with the light, puzzle-driven charm of a traditional cosy mystery—and now I need your help.
